Keepers of the Circle connects Indigenous women and gender-diverse people with employers and Unions in the skilled trades. We bridge the gap between apprentices and employers, offering guidance, training, and wraparound supports that lead directly into meaningful work placements.
Our approach combines skills training, personal growth, and cultural support to create meaningful pathways to employment. Guided by Indigenous knowledge and community care, we can help build strong, inclusive workplaces where everyone can succeed.
Employers and contractors considering a new apprentice are encouraged to connect with us. Current apprentices looking for support, and those wanting to explore apprenticeship opportunities are encouraged to complete our interest form and someone will be in touch to follow up.
