These wraparound services lead directly into meaningful work placements, allowing participants to gain valuable hands-on experience while building confidence in real-world environments.

Within the skilled trades, Keepers of the Circle supports Indigenous women, girls, and gender-diverse peoples across a diversity of emerging and established sectors—from construction and carpentry to electrical and environmental technologies—ensuring that every participant has the tools, opportunities, and encouragement needed to pursue their desired career path.

By centering Indigenous knowledge and community care, we foster an inclusive space where long-term success and self-determination are not only possible but expected.
