WE ARE THE LAND: Webinar Series Exploring Indigenous Development Planning
June 2, 2026 1:00 p.m.
This webinar will bring together perspectives on land, power, and the realities facing families and communities. Speakers will discuss issues related to resource extraction and consultation processes, the impacts of industrial work camps, and experiences along Highway 16.
The conversation will focus around personal and grassroots organizational experiences around resource development, gender-based violence, and advocacy in supporting Missing and Murdered Indigenous Peoples across British Columbia.
